University Location

Hatfield is a town and civil parish in Hertfordshire, England, in the borough of Welwyn Hatfield. The town has Saxon origins, and was rebuilt as a “New Town”, part of a project to rebuild urban communities damaged in World War II. It now features modernist architecture, including the University of Hertfordshire that is based there. For recreation, the town hosts cinemas, theaters, museums, a contemporary art gallery, and the Galleria and The Stable Yard shopping centers.
