Who is eligible to apply?
This programme is open to residents of the EU and Schengen area. You'll need a valid EU passport or a Schengen residence permit, along with hospitality experience or relevant education. We do accept candidates who are still building experience — training programmes are available.
What positions are available?
We place candidates across a range of roles: front desk & reception, food & beverage service, concierge, guest relations, housekeeping supervision, and kitchen support — all in 4 and 5-star hotels and premium HORECA establishments.
When does the 2026 season start?
The 2026 tourism season begins in spring. Applications are open now and places are limited — we strongly recommend applying early to secure your placement.
Do I need to speak Italian?
Basic Italian is a plus, but not a hard requirement. We provide specialised Italian language courses focused on hospitality terminology to get you up to speed before and during your placement.
What salary and benefits can I expect?
