What's NOT included — and we say so up front
We'd rather lose your business than mis-sell. Here's what our fees do not buy:
Scholarship guarantees. Nobody can guarantee a scholarship — and anyone who says they can is misleading you. We connect you to schools that DO award scholarships; the school decides.
Exam preparation by default. IMAT / UCAT / HPAT / TestDaF prep is a separate package, priced and scheduled per subject and exam date.
Acceptance guarantees. Universities decide who they admit; we maximise your chances honestly.
Hidden commissions. We disclose every partner-university commission arrangement on request, in writing.
Fair questions about our fees
Why aren't you free like UniPal or Hands Up?
Because "free" isn't free — those agencies are paid by the universities they place you with, which means their incentive is to send you wherever the commission is highest, not where you'll thrive. We charge you directly so we can give you advice that's actually independent. If a partner university also pays us a placement fee, we disclose it.
Can I get a refund?
Strategy Session: yes — the £150 is fully credited against Full Service if you upgrade within 14 days. Full Service: refunds are governed by your signed contract, which spells out exactly what is refundable at each milestone. We'd rather refund a misaligned client than keep them.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For postgraduate placements we work with Prodigy Finance and MPower Financing — they lend specifically to international students. For self-funded students we offer flexible monthly instalments structured around your visa and tuition deadlines.
