Programme Structure

Phase I: Academic Foundation (2–4 Months)

Covers global hospitality and tourism trends, global marketing strategies, strategic management, organisational behaviour, corporate finance for hospitality, tourism policy and governance, and research methods & data analytics.

Phase II: Internship Placement (4–6 Months)

Students undertake an unpaid internship with an international or domestic hospitality-related organisation. Host companies may include tour operators, travel agencies, national and regional tourism boards, hotels and resorts, airlines and transportation firms, consultancy groups and spa/ski resorts.

Phase III: Capstone Project (4–6 Months)

The capstone bridges academic knowledge and industry practice. Students address real-world challenges through applied projects such as launching products in new markets, conducting global market research, opening new branches abroad, streamlining international hospitality operations, and creating and pitching new tourism start-ups.
