Program Overview

The Language Year That Unlocks Your Degree Place

Most Turkish universities run a preparatory year, known locally as hazırlık, for students who have an offer but have not yet met the language requirement. It is an intensive year of English or Turkish taught inside the university's own school of foreign languages, with a proficiency exam at the end that admits you straight into first year.
